The location is EXCELLENT if you have an early morning train journey, you literally walk out of the hotel and you are in the main station. The staff were very friendly. I had to leave before breakfast was served and the kitchen and night manager were super helpful and efficient boxing up some yummy options and providing good, hot, coffee A bar on site, soap/ shampoo and a hair dryer in the room were an unexpected bonus. Iron and ironing board also available on request - which is not always the case but useful if travelling for work.

It is really in the railway station building — so if you need to travel to/from D-dorf during your stay, or have heavy luggage, it is the best budget accommodation, just literally 20 min far from the check in counters of the airport. The guy at the reception was very helpful and friendly — I arrived at 11 a.m. having being very tired, and he gave me my room immediately, although official check in is at 3 p.m.

Perfect location, right next to the train station, it was a great place to base myself for all the football games I attended around NRW for the Euros, I was allowed to check I'm 2 hours early which was a great help and the staff were very friendly, I would definitely stay here again
