Staff were friendly & helpful Location is literally next door to the train station, so ideal for getting around Room was a decent size & comfortable enough Decent value for the location, compared to other hotels in the area Wi-Fi was good, although you have to keep re-signing in, but not an issue

The location is EXCELLENT if you have an early morning train journey, you literally walk out of the hotel and you are in the main station. The staff were very friendly. I had to leave before breakfast was served and the kitchen and night manager were super helpful and efficient boxing up some yummy options and providing good, hot, coffee A bar on site, soap/ shampoo and a hair dryer in the room were an unexpected bonus. Iron and ironing board also available on request - which is not always the case but useful if travelling for work.

The location was ideal, right next to the central train station with an access door directly to the station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They serve a decent breakfast and have coffee machines, so you can count on a good cup of coffee to kick-off your day.

Perfect location, right next to the train station, it was a great place to base myself for all the football games I attended around NRW for the Euros, I was allowed to check I'm 2 hours early which was a great help and the staff were very friendly, I would definitely stay here again

Basic as you'd expect from this brand, however it was super convenient for the trains. Staff friendly, and super helpful
