The location of course is exceptional, given the fact that it is literally inside the train station. Room: It's nice to have windows that can be opened fully. I never get an air condition to work in hotels in Germany. Talking to employee can be time consuming. Like they need to be informed, probably forward it to the responsible department and maybe an hour later they arrive. So, I rather open the window whenever possible. I don't expect that they arrive within minutes, but it's simply the time consuming part why I usually don't request help, if I just stay a night. Anyway, let's move to the next topic. Aside from the window the room featured almost sufficient place for my items. Just the shower didn't provide a spot to place shower items. Breakfast: The breakfast is okay. Nothing special, except for a waffle maker. Miscellaneous: While it didn't provide a room-safe, the main door is being locked and a person at the reception needs to open it. In addition you need a room card to access the rooms. So, it's not that easy to get to the rooms, unless you are a guest.

location was ideal, the fact it was next to the station made it perfect location to get to from airport and then to get home on a dreary sunday, the main train station was actually great location to access multiple food and coffee stands restuarants etc. It also made it handy to get home after a few beverages by jumping on train and back to main station. We found staff a bit stand offish when welcoming us to hotel but they warmed to us eventually might of been just us :)

Location exceptionally useful being right next to concourse of Dusseldorf hauptbahnhof. Basic but clean and comfortable. Pleasant bar with terrace option and good breakfast included. Effective aircon throughout. Genius design built round a courtyard with all the rooms facing inwards. Result despite being located between the main line and the tram/bus complex all rooms are very quiet.

Location was in the station building. I was first a bit suspicious because of possible noise and vicinity of the station, but it was on the contrary. Hotel the was very peaceful and inside you did not realize it at all. Room was very peaceful, clean and it was cleaned every day. Superb bed. Breakfast was good, bread was fresh every morning. Staff was super helpful and friendly. 10+.

The location was great with an entrance directly to the train station. Little Tokyo and Koenigsallee were within walking distance, a total +. Breakfast options were really good, too. The only thing missing was maybe potatoes (home fries or hash browns). The self-service waffle maker was a nice touch.
